Case management & evidence handling
Structured case files, chain of custody for digital evidence, role-based access for investigators, analysts and supervising prosecutors.
One system: collection, entity resolution, relationship analysis, geospatial context, signal detection and decision support.
CARIO builds intelligence systems for institutions with a statutory investigative mandate. Our position is simple: powerful capability is only legitimate when it is court-ordered, case-scoped and auditable. That is how MININT was designed, and it is the only way we deliver it.
MININT is a warrant-based investigative case-management and intelligence platform for authorized government use only. It gives investigators modern identification, analysis and coordination capability while keeping every action inside the boundaries of a specific court order.
Available exclusively to government institutions through a formal procurement and legal accreditation process. Capabilities are configured per jurisdiction and per legal framework.
MININT capabilities are activated per case, against a named legal basis. No standing collection, no ambient monitoring. Without a valid warrant or equivalent judicial authorization, the system does not operate.
Every query, sensor tasking and analytical product is bound to a specific investigation. Data collected under one case cannot be reused in another without a separate, documented authorization.
Every action in the platform is logged with operator, legal basis, timestamp and justification. Audit trails are tamper-evident and exportable for judicial review, parliamentary oversight or data-protection authorities.
MININT is made available exclusively to government institutions with a statutory investigative mandate. Access follows a formal procurement, legal review and accreditation process. It is not a commercial product.
Each capability below operates only within the scope of an active, legally authorized case. Scope, duration and data sources are defined by the warrant, not by the operator.
Structured case files, chain of custody for digital evidence, role-based access for investigators, analysts and supervising prosecutors.
Where a warrant permits, facial recognition against case-relevant material with documented accuracy validation. Every identification event records its legal basis and is subject to human confirmation before operational use.
License plate recognition applied to case-scoped locations and time windows defined by judicial authorization, with automatic purging outside the authorized scope.
Within the limits of a court order, movement correlation from authorized sources, including appearance and gait characteristics, to support locating individuals named in an active investigation.
Analytical assessment of a subject based on case-collected data and open-source points, presented as probabilistic analyst support, never as automated judgement. All assessments are reviewable and attributable.
Controlled information sharing between authorized agencies under a common case framework, with per-institution access scopes and a complete record of who saw what, when, and under which authority.
MININT deployments are designed to withstand scrutiny from courts, auditors and data-protection authorities, because they will receive it.
CryptoGov is CARIO's crypto tracking and anti-money-laundering software for authorities. It is designed to help institutions follow cryptocurrency flows connected to an authorized investigation, with the same court-ordered, case-scoped and auditable discipline as MININT.
CryptoGov is currently in development. Capabilities will be confirmed per jurisdiction and per legal framework before deployment.
Alongside tailored platforms, CARIO offers ready SaaS products for intelligence and analysis work, including CARIO Mutca and the upcoming new CARIO Nexus, as well as tailored enterprise solutions for corporations.
We discuss MININT only with representatives of authorized institutions, under NDA where required. Tell us about your mandate and legal framework, and we will describe precisely what the platform does and does not do within it.
